Refund Policy

All event ticket sales are final after the event has taken place.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted before the scheduled event start date and time.

  • Refund requests made after the event has occurred will not be honored under any circumstances.

Refund Amount

  • Approved refunds requested before the event will be issued as a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing or transaction fees charged by the payment processor.

  • Partial refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated for a specific event.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Failure to attend the event

  • Requests submitted after the event date or time

  • Changes in personal schedule or circumstances

Event Changes or Cancellations

  • If the event is canceled by Lotus Lantern Corp, ticket purchasers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer tickets to a rescheduled date, if applicable.
