All event ticket sales are final after the event has taken place.
Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted before the scheduled event start date and time.

Refund requests made after the event has occurred will not be honored under any circumstances.
Refund Amount

Approved refunds requested before the event will be issued as a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing or transaction fees charged by the payment processor.

Partial refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated for a specific event.

Changes in personal schedule or circumstances
Event Changes or Cancellations

If the event is canceled by Lotus Lantern Corp, ticket purchasers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer tickets to a rescheduled date, if applicable.
